The Lundgren Black Heaven Neck Custom Ceramic in neck position is everything I wanted from a pickup; it’s crisp, warm, crystal clear and you hear the attack of the string so well, meaning it is easy to phrase and accent. I love it.
The classic Black Heaven in bridge position is so solid in its rich tone. I use a lot of low end in my playing and when you tune to the same E and A as a regular bass guitar the pickup has to truly deliver clarity and Black Heaven does exactly that.
